IRE New York National Conference panel
page
Here's how I keep busy:
Since 1998, I have worked for The
Tennessean in Nashville
as a Metro government reporter and now as a projects
reporter. I also am a contributing editor for APB
News, a very cool
on-line website that focuses on crime stories.
I formerly worked as the News
Data Manager for the Associated Press in New York City where I did
computer-assisted reporting for the AP's Special Assignment Team
and for AP bureaus worldwide.
However, this page is NOT
affililiated with the any of those august news organizations and
all opinions are my own.
My current project is a
training session for journalists in Bosnia for the International
Research Exchange Board.
Here's a Bosnian resources website I'm creating to get prepared.
I also work with Investigative
Reporters and Editors
where I serve as the Tennessee regional coordinator and as a
member of the IRE Board of Directors.
I used to work as an adjunct
professor of journalism at New York University where I taught computer-assisted
reporting and investigative reporting.
Here are some resources that I
keep up to date
Feel free to contact me if you have tips
for stories.
There are some good resources located
within. I encourage you to explore.
